Tactical Civics™ is a Solution for Montana and America!

Tactical Civics is a Solution for Montana and America! – PDF

Even if Trump can improve things in DC,
We The People ourselves need to curb and arrest corruption in school district, city, and county operations. As the collective sovereign, it’s our authority and our duty! Only one full-spectrum, lawful, peaceful, coast to coast organization exists for that very purpose; the proudly Christian organization called Tactical Civics™. With over 1,630 county chapters in all 50 states, it launched after almost 80,000 hours of R&D, to bring our servants in government back under the control of We The People.

First, the county chapter educates citizens to recognize their power to investigate crime, by impaneling Grand Juries as needed. The proposed County Grand Jury Ordinance will have county government do what 26 California counties already do: add a dedicated web page for citizens to volunteer for Grand Jury and report potential crimes in our county. Its book ‘Grand Jury Awake’ is a briefing manual for every Grand Jury, and ‘The People’s Panel’ describes the 300-year history of Grand Jury success in America.

Carbon Core Technology Leading the Charge for Safer, Smarter, and More Efficient Transmission

Revolutionizing Montana’s Energy Future – PDF

If Montana takes the bold and decisive step toward modernizing its electrical grid by adopting composite-core conductors it could also land a manufacturing facility for the production of conductors for North America.

Epsilon Composite is excited to explore opportunities for domestic production within the United States, particularly in the state of Montana. Their interest in Montana stems from the state’s forward-thinking policies and the proactive efforts of the Montana Public Service Commission.

Epsilon spokesman, Joseph Sylvia, expressed the following:
“The state’s supportive regulatory environment aligns perfectly with our goal of expanding the production of advanced composite solutions. Additionally, Montana’s diverse landscape offers an ideal setting for testing and refining our composite solutions, providing a unique platform to demonstrate their effectiveness in various environmental conditions. We are particularly enthusiastic about the potential to establish a local workforce in Montana.”

Ranch Group Supports New Tariffs; Wants More

BILLINGS, Mont., March 4, 2025 – In a YouTube video published today [4], ranch group R-CALF USA explains its strong support for the 25% tariffs President Trump imposed today on imports from Canada and Mexico. But the group goes even further to request similar tariffs on beef imports from Australia, New Zealand and South America, and it wants tariffs and tariff rate quotas on mutton and lamb meat imported from Australia and New Zealand.

As explained by R-CALF USA CEO Bill Bullard, the theory and practice of free trade, as exemplified by zero tariffs, has all but destroyed the United States commercial sheep industry and is causing the rapid contraction of the domestic beef supply chain.

Putting The Price on County Personnel Services – PDF

According to the Cascade County FY 2025 budget document found on the County website, the total budgeted expense for FY 2025 is set at $109,146,002. About $38 million has been allocated for Personnel Services, which is about 41% of the budgeted expenses.

(Keep in mind, since 2022, your County budget was infused with over $17 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money, so this percentage would be higher in prior years.) The average number of Cascade County employees hovers around 485. Personnel Services is an accounting term defined as, “expenditures for services rendered by officers and employees of the governmental unit, including related benefits and employer’s contributions”.

MTGOP’s Quiet Complicity in the Political Swamp

MTGOP Quiet Complicity in the Political Swamp – PDF

As I watch what is unfolding this legislative session, I see the failure of the MTGOP to properly vet and support “true” republican candidates for office. As Montana’s National Committeeman, I have attended many Republican National Committee (RNC) meetings where the very issues playing out in Montana right now, were being discussed.

What does a party do about wayward politicians who use the term “republican” to describe themselves, but in reality, their voting records and actions portray no resemblance to the principles and platform that comprise the essence of what it means to be a republican?

At the National RNC level I have proposed the idea of an agreement between the state GOP and the candidate wishing to run as a republican. The agreement would allow the candidate to use the “republican” brand/ trademark just as a franchisee does in order to use the retail name of the company they agree to represent.

Montana GOP Rebukes ‘Out of Line Nine’ for Undermining Republican Control

Montana GOP Rebukes Out of Line Nine – PDF

As the Montana Legislature crosses the halfway mark of its 69th Legislative session, the Montana Republican Party (MTGOP) is publicly “rebuking” nine Republican state senators, widely referred to by frustrated Republican legislators and angry Constituents as the “Out of Line Nine.” The GOP argues that these senators have frequently aligned with Democrats, effectively obstructing the Republican-controlled Legislature. The party asserts that Montana voters elected a strong Republican majority expecting governance that reflects their values and priorities.

Shift in Power: Republican Majority Undermined

Since the first day of the session, the MTGOP contends that these nine Republican senators have repeatedly partnered with the Democratic minority to overrule Republican leadership.

The party argues that their actions have resulted in a de facto 27-23 Democratic majority, undermining the will of Montana voters, effectively handing control to Democrat Pat Flowers (SD31), Minority Leader in the Senate.

Illicit Chinese Toxins Discovered at Somerset County Triad Cannabis Operation

Illicit Chinese Toxins Discovered at Somerset County Triad Cannabis Operation – PDF

Following the execution of a search warrant at 199 Middle Road in Fairfield, Maine related to an illegal cannabis growing operation, the Somerset County Sheriff ’s Department released images from the raid that show illegal Chinese-made fumigants—highly toxic chemicals not approved for any use in the United States.

According to a statement from the Somerset County Sheriff ’s Office, more than 700 illegal cannabis plants were present at the time of the search warrant execution—a small haul compared to the dozens of raids executed over the past year that have resulted in thousands of illegal marijuana plants being seized.

As previously reported exclusively by the Maine Wire, the Asian Transnational Criminal Organizations operating more than 270 black market marijuana sites throughout the state of Maine have sourced the toxic fumigants from compatriots in California.
