Michigan Lawyer Stefanie Lambert Arrested by US Marshals in DC Following Court Appearance
Michigan attorney Stefanie Lambert Junttila was arrested in Washington, D.C., on Monday following a court hearing after she gave the “evidence of numerous crimes” to law enforcement containing internal emails from Dominion Voting Systems, AP reported.
Lambert attended a court hearing in Washington, D.C., for a defamation case involving Patrick Byrne, whom she represents. Byrne, the former CEO of Overstock, is being sued by Dominion Voting Systems over his claims of election fraud.
Lambert’s arrest occurred after it was revealed that she had leaked confidential documents from Dominion to Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf, who has been actively investigating claims of voter fraud from the 2020 election, according to CNN.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf has made a bold move by sending a letter to U.S. Representative Jim Jordan, urging a congressional investigation into what he claims as evidence of “foreign interference” in the 2020 election.
Sheriff Leaf alleges that electronic voting machines were accessed by foreign nationals across the United States, including Michigan, to manipulate election results.

Loudermilk to Beck: Feds may be going after Blaze News’ Steve Baker because ‘he’s onto something’ they want kept secret

Barry Loudermilk (Ga.) on Wednesday told Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck the reason the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice may be going after Blaze News investigative journalist Steve Baker over his Jan. 6, 2021, coverage is because “he’s onto something” the federal government wants kept under wraps.

During his radio show interview with Loudermilk, Beck brought up Tuesday’s news about GOP House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan opening an investigation into the DOJ over Baker’s March 1 arrest and “demanding all of the documents and [internal] communication … to know why this guy was treated differently than the New York Times. Are we gonna find anything on this? Nobody believes that any of this is gonna change a darn thing, which is frightening, quite honestly.”
Loudermilk — who chairs the House Oversight Subcommittee — replied that he can anticipate the FBI will say “this is an active investigation, so we can’t provide you with anything.” But the congressman added that “potentially one of the reasons that they’ve done this is so certain information that [Baker] was working on can’t be subpoenaed or … provided to Congress. That’s one theory of why they’ve gone after [Baker] and not the [other journalists] — because he was onto something. Look, my dad, a World War II veteran, used to to tell me all the time … you took the most incoming fire when you were over the target.”
Loudermilk added that the federal government’s treatment of Baker “is a red flag to me” that “he’s onto something.”
Beck then shifted to an upcoming analysis Baker has been working on — one Loudermilk is familiar with — that Beck said could turn out to be “one of the worst things.” Indeed, if Baker’s investigation shows it’s true, Beck said, “I think it’s regime-changing. And I use the word ‘regime’ intentionally.”
“I agree with you on that,” Loudermilk replied. “People don’t go to these extreme measures to cover up something that isn’t real.”

Sheriff’s Deputy Who Aided Rosanne Boyland on Jan. 6 Faces Up to 14 Years in Prison
Sarah McAbee said she wasn’t shocked that federal prosecutors used sentencing “enhancements” to develop a recommendation that her Jan. 6 defendant husband be sent to prison for 14 years for the roughly seven minutes he spent outside the tunnel entrance at the U.S. Capitol.
“I don’t even know the words to be honest with you about how insane this is,” Ms. McAbee said about the ongoing case against former sheriff’s deputy Ronald Colton McAbee, 30, of Unionville, Tennessee. “You know, there’s just no words when you sit back and think about it as a whole.”
Mr. McAbee was found guilty by a jury in October of five felony charges including inflicting bodily injury on Metropolitan Police Department Officer Andrew Wayte, civil disorder, entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon.
In September, he pleaded guilty to two other charges, including assault on MPD officer Carter Moore. Mr. McAbee swiped at and shoved the officer after he struck Mr. McAbee’s shoulder, which had recently been broken, with a riot stick.
Federal prosecutors want U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras to sentence Mr. McAbee to 14 years in prison, which would rank in the top 10 punishments doled out among the more than 1,260 Jan. 6 cases. Sentencing is set for Feb. 29 in Washington D.C.
Prosecutors have not yet filed their sentencing memorandum with the court explaining the rationale for the recommended sentence. Ms. McAbee said she learned of the prison term through her husband’s defense attorney.

But to the extent that there’s a suggestion, for example, that the FBI’s confidential human sources or FBI employees in some way instigated or orchestrated Jan 6th, that’s categorically false.”
