The Dark MAGA Gov-Corp Technate Part 1

The Dark MAGA Gov-Corp Technate Part 1 – PDF

What did Elon Musk mean when he said he was “dark MAGA?” Exploring this question will certainly take us to a very dark conclusion. Yet, ironically, it is this very conclusion that, once seen in the right light, can liberate us.

This two-part series examines the genuine but misplaced hopes of the millions of US citizens who elected Donald Trump to his second nonconsecutive term. Unbeknownst to them, they have voted to live in a Technate administered by what is called “gov-corp.” In so doing, they have taken another step toward a multipolar world order, or “New World Order,” as some have long called it.

Shortly before the November 2024 election, Elon Musk, speaking at a Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, announced, “I’m not just MAGA, I’m dark MAGA.” Only a couple of months earlier Trump had survived an alleged assassination attempt at the same Butler show grounds. Sharing the stage with “bullet-proof ” populist hero Trump, an absolute shoe-in for the presidency, Musk seized his moment. The Make America Great Again (MAGA) acronym is broadly understood. But Musk’s added adjective “dark” is little understood — and implies much more.

The Cascade Effect: Trial by Fire

The Cascade Effect- Trial by Fire – PDF

A little over a year ago, on February 23rd, 2024, Cascade County Sheriff ’s Deputy, Jacob Tri, shot and killed Mike Hanson. The media’s reporting of these events and the subsequent investigations and inquest did not provide justice or the clarity of truth regarding the death of Mike Hanson. In fact, Jacob Tri would receive a purple heart award for this incident, suggesting Cascade County is more interested in public relations and their image instead of the facts and truth.

The lack of accountability demonstrated by local governments encouraged a partnership between the Cascade County Libertarian Party (CCLP) and Montana Citizen’s Council on Judicial Accountability (MTSCOJA). This partnership has worked diligently ever since a public inquest was held in June 2024, including several hundreds of volunteer hours researching this incident and background events.

Tactical Civics™ is a Solution for Montana and America!

Tactical Civics is a Solution for Montana and America! – PDF

Even if Trump can improve things in DC,
We The People ourselves need to curb and arrest corruption in school district, city, and county operations. As the collective sovereign, it’s our authority and our duty! Only one full-spectrum, lawful, peaceful, coast to coast organization exists for that very purpose; the proudly Christian organization called Tactical Civics™. With over 1,630 county chapters in all 50 states, it launched after almost 80,000 hours of R&D, to bring our servants in government back under the control of We The People.

First, the county chapter educates citizens to recognize their power to investigate crime, by impaneling Grand Juries as needed. The proposed County Grand Jury Ordinance will have county government do what 26 California counties already do: add a dedicated web page for citizens to volunteer for Grand Jury and report potential crimes in our county. Its book ‘Grand Jury Awake’ is a briefing manual for every Grand Jury, and ‘The People’s Panel’ describes the 300-year history of Grand Jury success in America.

RINOs Run Wild – PDF

Begin Letter–

Chairman Kaldschmidt,
In response to Executive Director Tyler Newcombe stating there is nothing the MT GOP can do about the Out of Line Nine, I want to reply there are things the MT GOP can do. First, the Montana Republican Party (MTGOP) is a private organization MCA 13-38-203(b)(4). As such it can accept or reject members and also ban people from the republican party as was the case in the Arkansas Republican Party (ARP) where in December of 2024, the ARP Executive Committee met and voted to expel Republican Jennifer Lancaster from the Arkansas Republican Party for 20 years.

I also want to note what Texas has proposed. The Republican Party of Texas implied it would censure any GOP Texas House member who does not vote for Rep. David Cook as speaker. Under new party rules, any Republicans who do not vote for the Republican Party’s chosen speaker, the TX GOP would bar those lawmakers from running in Republican primaries for two years. As you may now know, enough “self-proclaimed” Republican house members voted with the democrats to elect their Texas House Speaker.
See article on it here:
https://www.texastribune.org/2024/12/13/texas-republican-party-house-speaker-primary-censure/

I, Bob Phalen, propose that the MT GOP expel, for life, the Out of Line Nine from the Republican Party. They can join another party or become independents, but they shall be barred for life from running as a Republican for any office in the State of Montana. This is what I sent to the Chair Don and the executive board and I would appreciate it if other republicans in Montana would do the same, God bless you all and thank you.
Senator Bob Phalen SD17

End Letter —

Montana Sen. Phalen’s letter to MT GOP Chairman, Don Kaldschmidt, reflects a profound recognition of the weakness of the current leadership of the MT GOP which does not enforce its platform, or rebuke or expel republicans who do not advocate for republican ideals. For too long now the MTGOP has refused to confront the fact that politicians within the republican party are violating the rule and the platform. They even conceal their true colors by “identifying” as conservative republican. But all they do as politicians is make Montana more dependent on federal funding while abusing the principles in the U.S. Constitution that protect American’s freedoms
.
Sen. Phalen’s steadfast dedication to our state, our nation and his unwavering commitment to safeguarding the principles and platform of the Republican Party in Montana, as well as, his commitment to supporting the hard working American people, deserves praise and recognition. His constituents should be proud of his service and I laud the courage of his convictions and the efforts of others like him.

It’s a shame Don K. hasn’t stepped up to the plate to deal with the deception within our party. We need real leadership who isn’t afraid to confront the truth and dish out discipline as needed. I ask that the State Central Committee members of the State of Montana remain steadfast in their convictions and vote their Biblical faith, come this June, at the MTGOP Convention and support Tanner Smith for State Chair of the Montana Republican Party.

In God we trust,
Jerry Singleton
Custer County

Carbon Core Technology Leading the Charge for Safer, Smarter, and More Efficient Transmission

Revolutionizing Montana’s Energy Future – PDF

If Montana takes the bold and decisive step toward modernizing its electrical grid by adopting composite-core conductors it could also land a manufacturing facility for the production of conductors for North America.

Epsilon Composite is excited to explore opportunities for domestic production within the United States, particularly in the state of Montana. Their interest in Montana stems from the state’s forward-thinking policies and the proactive efforts of the Montana Public Service Commission.

Epsilon spokesman, Joseph Sylvia, expressed the following:
“The state’s supportive regulatory environment aligns perfectly with our goal of expanding the production of advanced composite solutions. Additionally, Montana’s diverse landscape offers an ideal setting for testing and refining our composite solutions, providing a unique platform to demonstrate their effectiveness in various environmental conditions. We are particularly enthusiastic about the potential to establish a local workforce in Montana.”

Ranch Group Supports New Tariffs; Wants More

BILLINGS, Mont., March 4, 2025 – In a YouTube video published today [4], ranch group R-CALF USA explains its strong support for the 25% tariffs President Trump imposed today on imports from Canada and Mexico. But the group goes even further to request similar tariffs on beef imports from Australia, New Zealand and South America, and it wants tariffs and tariff rate quotas on mutton and lamb meat imported from Australia and New Zealand.

As explained by R-CALF USA CEO Bill Bullard, the theory and practice of free trade, as exemplified by zero tariffs, has all but destroyed the United States commercial sheep industry and is causing the rapid contraction of the domestic beef supply chain.

Putting The Price on County Personnel Services – PDF

According to the Cascade County FY 2025 budget document found on the County website, the total budgeted expense for FY 2025 is set at $109,146,002. About $38 million has been allocated for Personnel Services, which is about 41% of the budgeted expenses.

(Keep in mind, since 2022, your County budget was infused with over $17 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money, so this percentage would be higher in prior years.) The average number of Cascade County employees hovers around 485. Personnel Services is an accounting term defined as, “expenditures for services rendered by officers and employees of the governmental unit, including related benefits and employer’s contributions”.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

WRITTEN BY
Bob Wagner, Harrison, MT

Government, when diseased by corruption, waste, and abuse, consumes its own body. This is how a country living in a credit-driven economy meets its ultimate death. The economic model that allows unlimited credit for individuals and government to live today on the promise of tomorrow’s productivity has to have a reasonable expectation of that productivity to satisfy the debt. Add interest payments to the debt, a demographic implosion, moral decline, and it’s a perfect storm for the disaster that is facing the U.S. and its people.
Efforts to downsize the government and raise taxes will not work without the majority of citizens acknowledging the problem for what it is…MASSIVE.

In terms of business sense, prosperity of human existence consists of three basic elements: natural resources, energy to turn resources into consumable products, and human labor and ingenuity to dream into existence consumable and useable products. Without labor and ingenuity, natural resources and energy are useless and cannot be consumed. Taxing human labor and ingenuity, simply put, is a tax on private property (the person). This is how slavery is born. Credit serves to indenture the person to debt. How’s that working out for the next generation since we are currently spending their future also?

While there are no laws preventing a person from voluntary servitude to debt, the U.S. supposedly outlawed involuntary servitude long ago. It’s time to consider funding government with natural resources and energy source revenue from which the public already owns.
