Amos Miller Seeks Compromise on Farm Case as Tucker Carlson Takes Up His Struggle

January 5, 2024 by wm

Amos Miller may be getting closer to reaching a compromise with the federal government over the processing and selling of meats through his farming operation, but the story of Miller’s Organic Farm has taken on its own life, appearing prominently on Fox News’s Tucker Carlson Tonight and other media outlets.

Miller said last week representatives from the U.S. Department of Agriculture came to his Upper Leacock farm, engaging in conversations about how to proceed with a plan to be able to sell beef, pork and chicken through the farm cooperative and the handling of more than $300,000 in outstanding fines levied against the business by the government.

The visit comes several months after members of the U.S. Marshalls showed up at Miller’s farm in six vehicles and brandishing weapons with the USDA inspectors in tow.

Get to Know The DC Sixers

January 5, 2024 by wm

We are the Jan Sixers being held in the DC Gulag. We are from all over the United States. Many of us have been held without bond for over 1,000+ days. Most of us patriots went to DC on January 6, 2021 to support The President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, and voice our concerns about the 2020 election. We have since then had our human, Constitutional, and God-given rights violated. We are good, patriotic American’s being held hostage in our own Nation’s Capitol.

Lake’s attorneys argue more than 270k signatures county verified in less than three seconds

January 4, 2024 by wm

A judge heard closing arguments from counsel for failed gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, as well as Maricopa County, the Secretary of State and the governor on the signature verification count remanded by the Arizona Supreme Court.

Attorneys for Lake today in Maricopa County Superior Court in Mesa argued there were about 274,000 signatures the county verified in less than three seconds, which they assert does not constitute signature verification as required by state statute and provides a “competent mathematical basis” as the governor’s race was decided by about 17,000 votes.

The defendants, though, cited Lake’s own signature verification “whistleblower” witnesses who testified to verifying and curing signatures and said they provided “pretty good evidence that Maricopa County did signature verification.”

Arizona State Rep. Alex Kolodin Sentenced to 18 Months Probation

January 3, 2024 by wm

POLITICAL PERSECUTION: Arizona State Rep. Alex Kolodin Sentenced to 18 Months Probation by Arizona Bar for Representing Conservatives and Filing Election Lawsuits – Disciplinary Agreement Included
By Jordan Conradson Dec. 17, 2023 6:00 pm

Arizona State Rep. Alexander Kolodin
Arizona State Rep. Alex Kolodin recently came under fire from the State Bar Association with sanctions for his efforts to challenge elections and election procedures in 2020 and 2022.

Kolodin, the Arizona House Elections Committee Vice Chair and Oversight Committee Chair, is also working with Abraham Hamadeh’s legal team as they challenge the stolen midterm election where 60% of machines failed Republican voters on election day, and Abe reportedly “lost” by 280 votes.

He seemingly predicted this type of action against himself and other conservatives, telling The Gateway Pundit in January 2023, “It’s going to be pretty soon where you’re gonna be watching your back every time you open your mouth” regarding questioning election results.

According to Arizona State Bar documents, signed on November 6, 2023, and released last week, Kolodin agreed to an admonition with 18 months of probation and the completion of five continuing education and ethics courses in order to save his law license from the lawless Bar Association.

If they can intimidate or disbar good attorneys who are willing to fight election fraud, the so-called “election deniers” will never see their day in court — unless they’re Democrats, of course.

Dr. Peter McCullough Urges Preparedness on News of Chinese Pneumonia Outbreak
Kolodin told The Gateway Pundit, “There have been, over the past several years, numerous Democrat, dark money groups that have come after the few remaining conservative lawyers in this country because they want to deny conservatives access to the courtroom.”

“Their idea is when they do this, they’re going to be able to prosecute you with impunity, they’re going to be able to break the law with impunity. And there is going to be nobody standing between you and them to stop them. It’s time to start fighting back.”

Constitutionally protected rights guaranteed to be violated if you’re President Trump or one of his associates

January 3, 2024 by wm

Most lawyers are Democrats who work very hard to keep Democrats in office.  They make a lot of money, because “lucrative government contracts flow to their profession” from Democrats.  These litigators are certainly rewarded tremendously when the government is run by Democrats, and they show their gratitude and loyalty by repaying the favor.  You might recall this headline from Fox News: “Trial lawyers benefiting from lucrative public contracts make 99% of donations to Democrats, report finds[.]”

The number of lawyers in the U.S. per person dwarfs that of other countries by far; there are 1.26 million mouths to feed, and the Democrat party feeds them very well.

Unsurprisingly, President Trump is having a difficult time finding lawyers to represent him.  Last year, after the raid on Mar-a-Lago by Merrick Garland’s (in)Justice Department, Trump sought to hire seasoned lawyers — but repeatedly heard “no.”  At one point, as reported by The Washington Post, the former president’s legal team included “a Florida insurance lawyer who’s never had a federal case, a past general counsel for a parking-garage company and a former host at far-right One America News.”

Montana GOP’s Power Struggle: A Disregard For Law And Republican Voters

January 3, 2024 by wm

The recent clash for control within the Republican Party unfolded prominently on the Capitol stage in Washington D.C., yet its reverberations extend far beyond the Beltway. This tug-of-war between the seasoned Old-Guard and the passionately dedicated adherents of the populist movement is surfacing at every corner of America.

Here in Montana, the battleground extends across various Republican Central Committees (RCCs) and the Montana Grand Old Party (MTGOP). For the uninitiated, a Central Committee serves as the people’s direct link to their affiliated political party, with representation organized by precinct in Montana. The precinct representative elections occur biennially, where individuals elect one male and one female to represent each precinct. These representatives, in turn, select officers to represent them at the state level within the MTGOP.

A paradigm shift, partly catalyzed by the Precinct Strategy at www.precinctstrategy.com, has enlightened the populace about their potential influence in shaping the trajectory of their political party—a strategy long employed by Democrats but not as extensively embraced by Republicans. The aftermath of the 2020 presidential election spurred many individuals to action, prompting them to vie for positions within the Republican Central Committees.

Peter Sweden: IT’S SPREADING – Massive Farmers Protest in Germany

January 3, 2024 by wm

Farmers with 850 tractors demonstrated against increased fuel prices.

You might have heard about the farmers protest in the Netherlands. Farmers have been protesting against government plans to essentially SEIZE 3000 farms in order to meet 2030 climate goals.

Earlier this year I traveled to report on the farmers protest in the Netherlands. Some 10 000 people turned out. One of the speakers supporting the farmers was none other than Geert Wilders. He recently won the election in the country.

Utah prosecutors have filed 8 charges against former county clerk Alaina Lofgran in connection to the mishandling and shredding of ballots from both the 2020 and 2022 elections.

On Thursday, Lofgran was charged with 8 criminal charges which include three felonies and other counts for the alleged shredding and mishandling of election ballots soon after the 2022 election as law requires them to be kept for at least 22 months after.

Prosecutors allege in charge documents filed in Utah state court Thursday that Lofgran improperly handled 2020 election votes, keeping them in a basement storage facility accessible by various county employees and plainly visible.

Lt. Governor Deidre Henderson (R-Utah.) released a statement on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, saying that “public trust demands accountability of those who swear oaths to fulfill their duties with fidelity and then fail to do so.”
